An avid cook and baker, Whitney has taught cooking classes in Massachusetts and Vermont. A past winner of the King Arthur Flour Winterbake cooking contest, Whitney has also been featured in Bon Appetit magazine and is the host of “What’s Cookin’ Rutland” airing monthly on local cable access.

Whitney’s crackers are a great complement to a variety of cheeses (Vermont, of course!), as well as chutneys, dips, spreads, soups and salads. Even the crumbs add a unique flavor and added crunch to some favorite farmhouse recipes. These are some of Whitney’s favorites…Enjoy!
